I wanted to see how far I could get with no CC, and I got pretty far! The one piece of CC I used is a small beam piece by Awesims. Unfortunately Awesims site no longer exists, so instead of linking to the creator's download, I am including it in mine. All credit to Awesims.

Because this ceiling is CFE'd you will find yourself in a huge mess if you try to add walls to the second story of this arena, or on the outer edge of the stalls (you will see the ceiling is lower here). Removing walls is fine!
